This site is a collection of writings focused on two of my favorite topics:

1) How to plan and build new cities, with a short primer titled "A Trail of New Cities", and 

2) A series of short, fun, articles about many of the "Things They Forgot to Tell Me in Business School" 

Who am I?

An urban development expert with 25+ years of experience across the industry and the world,

and someone with just enough sense not to take it all too seriously.
